This website is run by Auto-Drive Driving School. By using auto-drive.net you accept the terms on this page. They cover the website itself. The terms for any work we do for you are a separate matter, dealt with below.
Sending us an enquiry
An enquiry through this site is a request for driving lessons. It is not an order, and it does not book a lesson in until we have confirmed a time with you. Sending one costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
It does not commit us either: we may not have a lesson time that suits you, or be able to teach in your area. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract exists between us until we have agreed your lessons with you.
Prices and information on this site
Anything on this site is general information and a guide, including the general guidance about licences and tests, which can change; check GOV.UK for the current rules. The price that applies to your lessons is the one we confirm with you when we arrange them.
We keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of error or omission, and we may change any of it without notice.
The terms of the work itself
If you go ahead with us, the terms of your lessons are agreed with you separately, when we arrange them. Where those terms and this page disagree about your lessons, those terms win. Please ask us about anything you are unsure of before you book.
Our lesson booking and cancellation policy, as we publish it on our lesson prices page:
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.
This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and offer availability to other learners.
The content on this site
The words, photographs, logos and design here belong to Auto-Drive Driving School or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to look at the site, and to print or save a page for your own use. Please ask before republishing any of it, using it commercially, or passing it off as your own.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website it is because we think it will be useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them or for what they do with your information.
Availability
We would like the site to be available all the time, but we cannot guarantee it. We may take it down for maintenance or changes, and we are not liable for a problem you have because it was unavailable. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

What we do with the details you send us is set out in our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
